Hospice Klang provides free palliative care at home for patients in the Klang community who are facing advanced illnesses such as cancer or other terminal conditions.

If you are a doctor, healthcare provider, social worker, family member, or caregiver, you can refer a patient to our team. Every referral is handled with compassion, confidentiality, and respect.
